The Borgo Ospitale is located in the historic center of Rotonda, a medieval village in southern Italy, in Basilicata, among the natural beauty of the Pollino National Park. The albergo diffuso is a unitary accommodation structure, managed in an entrepreneurial form, which addresses a demand interested in staying in a valuable, authentic urban context, in contact with the residents, taking advantage of normal hotel services. This proposal has proved particularly suitable for villages and towns characterized by historic centers of artistic and architectural interest.

Mamma Peppina, a refined and private accommodation, has 4 double/twin rooms and the following dwellings: Dimora Zia Dora, Dimora Zu' Mario, Dimora Maurizia, Dimora Roberto and Piazzetta del Rosario.

Villa Donna Mita, a splendid historic mansion currently used as a vacation home, is a structure built in the second half of the 19th century with a purely Lucanian style; immersed in the quiet of the surrounding mountains, the mansion enjoys a large garden and a beautiful swimming pool.
