Conditions

• Extra bed: for children ages 4 to 8 there is an extra charge of €25.00 per night; for children 8 and older and adults there is an extra charge of €40.00 per night

• There is a breakfast supplement of €5.00 for children 0-3 years old sleeping with their parents.

• It is possible to accommodate dogs only in certain rooms of the facility: room 205 Sant'Anna; room 301 Frustere; Dimora Roberto; Piazzetta del Rosario; the cost is €10.00 per night up to a maximum of €50.00 per week. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation made within 10 days before, provides free cancellation and full refund of deposit

• Cancellation made up to 5 days in advance will result in a 50% refund of the deposit paid

• Cancellation made after the aforementioned 5-day period does not provide for the return of the deposit
